Job summary

TPI Global Solutions seeks a detail-oriented Project Controls Analyst to support project management and engineering teams with project financial analysis, cost tracking, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. This role monitors expenditures, coordinates requisitions and change orders, tracks vendor invoices, and assists with financial reporting to support planning and decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or technical diploma in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, PM, or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in project controls, cost analysis, budgeting, or forecasting.
• Advanced Excel and MS Office proficiency.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Detail-oriented with ability to maintain accurate financial records.
• Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Establish projects and create requisitions in Oracle Cloud.
• Track and report change orders with accurate documentation.
• Monitor expenditures, vendor invoices, CWIP, and payments.
• Assist with forecasting, budget monitoring, and cost tracking.
• Develop forecasts and prepare financial reports for management.
• Support monthly close activities with Finance.
• Create financial models, spreadsheets, and program cost reports.
• Coordinate with AP, Engineering, Construction to process invoices.
• Review data to identify discrepancies and ensure data accuracy.
• Support budgeting, cost analysis, and reporting procedures.
• Manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
