Job summary

APTIM seeks a Project Controls Analyst to manage project cost controls, forecasting, and financial reporting for environmental projects typically under $5M. You will partner with Project Managers to ensure accurate ETC/EAC forecasts, analyze variances, and support budgeting and cashflow.

The role emphasizes strong Excel and ERP tools, including JD Edwards, with opportunities across federal and commercial clients.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2-5 years experience in project controls.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Ability to coordinate project control activities and analyze data to inform decisions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain project budgets, forecasts, and cost controls.
• Monitor revenue, costs, and profitability across the project lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain ETC and EAC forecasts with Project Managers.
• Review variances and coordinate corrections with Finance and Accounting.
• Support annual budgeting and forecasting for environmental programs and portfolios.
