Job summary

YourMembership/Partner co is seeking an Emergency Management Coordinator to oversee administrative and emergency response activities. The role involves coordinating agency resources and volunteers for enhanced resilience against disasters and critical incidents, including equipment delivery and EOC/SAR staffing.

The ideal candidate will hold a high school diploma, with relevant ICS/NIMS NRF certifications within a year and maintain a valid Florida driver’s license plus CJIS clearance.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent and at least 2 years of experience coordinating operations.
• Within one year of hire, obtain ICS/NIMS/NRF certifications listed in the job description.
• Must maintain a valid Florida Driver’s License and CJIS clearance as required by FDLE.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate administrative and emergency response activities.
• Assist with coordinating agency resources and community volunteers.
• Deliver specialized equipment to incident scenes.
• Staff the Situational Awareness Room (SAR) or County Emergency Operations Center (EOC).
• Exercise discretion and independent judgement in task execution.
