Job summary

Qualifications

• ICS training and related certifications are required.
• Experience with emergency management and public outreach is preferred.
• GIS knowledge and incident command system experience are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Abide by the Law Enforcement Code of Ethics.
• Maintain and test emergency management resources and equipment.
• Develop and coordinate a comprehensive resource management program including gap analyses.
• Manage and operate the Emergency Management warehouse inventory.
• Support EOC activations and ensure critical communications systems are operational.
• Plan and conduct training exercises, including HSEEP-compliant events.
