Job summary

ICF is seeking experienced emergency management professionals for an On-Call Disaster Response Finance/Administration role across the United States. Positions are activated as needed and may deploy to EOCs, JFOs, or client sites, with flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications include 3+ years in financial management, 2+ years in grants and procurement, and FEMA/NIMSICS courses. Must be willing to travel and hold a valid U.S. driver’s license.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience in financial management, budgeting, forecasting and reporting.
• 2+ years in grants management and disaster recovery funding programs.
• 2+ years in procurement, purchasing or vendor coordination.
• 2+ years of records management supporting audits and compliance.
• Completion of FEMA/NIMSICS courses:100,200,700,800.
• Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and pass MVR; willing to travel on short notice.

Responsibilities

• Support budgeting, cost tracking, forecasting and financial reporting for emergency management operations.
• Assist with disaster recovery grants, eligibility reviews and cost documentation.
• Provide procurement, contracting, vendor coordination and contract administration support.
• Perform personnel tracking, timekeeping, travel coordination and records management.
• Maintain accurate records to support audits and compliance reviews.
• Coordinate with finance, logistics, planning and operations to support response activities.
