Samaritan's Purse seeks a Field Staff Training Specialist for North American Disaster Relief in North Wilkesboro, NC. The role emphasizes designing and delivering instructor-led training, developing resources, and supporting partner and volunteer training.

The candidate will implement training events, maintain relationships within field teams, and apply adult-learning principles to improve program delivery. A faith-driven organization encourages devotionals, teamwork, and Christ-centered service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 1-2 years of experience in content design and delivery.
• Advanced presentation and facilitation skills.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and curriculum development theory.
• Application of customer relations skills.
• Thorough knowledge of content delivery techniques.
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems or similar software.
• Knowledge of table top exercises and assessment tools.
• Twelve credit hours of Biblical Studies preferred, not required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain training programs and field training events.
• Design, develop, and deliver instructor-led training.
• Collaborate with Field Team to create instructional resources.
• Support training initiatives for partners, staff and volunteers.
• Develop customer-focused training materials.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
