Samaritan's Purse in North Wilkesboro, NC, seeks a Program Management Advisor to support the Projects team in delivering humanitarian programs with excellence and faith-led integrity.

The role emphasizes reviewing proposals, coaching staff, developing tools, and delivering trainings across field offices, with travel up to 25% and a Bachelor's degree with 3-5 years' experience in relief work and Biblical Studies credits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with three to five years of humanitarian disaster relief and development work
• 12 credit hours of Biblical Studies (required); if not completed, option to complete upon hire
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking to assess complex project issues and develop solutions

Responsibilities

• Review and provide feedback on project proposals and reports from a program management perspective
• Coach and develop staff serving in program management and development roles
• Develop tools, templates, and resources for field office teams to promote program management principles
• Deliver virtual and on-site trainings for field staff on program management topics
• Coordinate with Incident Management Team and possibly deploy on DARTs as needed
