Job summary

Samaritan's Purse seeks a Program Management Advisor to join the Projects team in North Wilkesboro, NC. The role emphasizes reviewing project proposals, developing tools, and delivering trainings to field staff on program management practices.

You will coach staff, promote best practices in disaster relief programming, and possibly deploy with DART teams while collaborating across international offices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and 3–5 years in humanitarian relief/development.
• 12 credit hours of Biblical Studies required; option to complete after hire.

Responsibilities

• Review proposals and reports from a program management perspective.
• Coach staff in program and development roles; build core competencies.
• Develop tools, templates, resources for field teams.
• Deliver trainings on program management, virtually and on-site.
