Responsibilities

  • Familiarize with Stafford Act regulatory requirements and FEMA guidance.
  • Lead development and delivery of FEMA Public Assistance grants with partners.
  • Oversee a portfolio of FEMA grants and assist with reimbursements.
  • Review updates and cost information to monitor progress toward recovery.
  • Ensure expenditures comply with grant guidelines and map city costs to federal streams.
  • Review contracts, invoices, and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Work with City databases and FEMA Grants Portal.
  • Support development of disaster-damaged asset databases and reporting.
