Job summary

BlueTeam is seeking a Restoration Superintendent to oversee field operations for commercial disaster recovery projects. You will work with the Project Director to develop ROMs, schedules, and budgets, while coordinating 20+ personnel and maintaining daily site reports.

Travel is heavy (75%), and you will ensure safety, equipment readiness, and strict adherence to company SOPs. A high school diploma and IICRC certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of local, state, and federal code requirements.
• Ability to travel and respond to 24/7 emergency demands.
• Excellent communication and leadership for field crews.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day field operations and ensure projects meet schedule and budget.
• Lead a crew of 20+ and coordinate with Project Director and owner.
• Maintain daily field reports, safety meetings, and project documentation.
• Ensure safety, PPE usage, and adherence to BlueTeam SOPs and standards.
• Prepare production processes and daily assignments; manage logistics.

IICRC certifications: WRT, ASD, Fire, Mold
