Job summary

BlueTeam seeks a Restoration Superintendent to lead day-to-day field operations in commercial disaster recovery projects. You will partner with the Project Director to create ROMs and schedules, ensuring projects stay on time and within budget while coordinating labor, equipment, and safety on site.

The role requires directing field crews, maintaining detailed daily logs, and communicating progress to owners and management. Extensive travel (75%) is expected.

Qualifications

• High School completion or GED is required.
• 1–2 years of restoration experience preferred.
• IICRC certifications (WRT, ASD, Fire, Mold) preferred.
• Must be willing to travel 24/7 emergency demands.
• DOT medical exam and DOT card may be required.
• Able to operate a Commercial Motor Vehicle (non-CDL).

Responsibilities

• Maintain preparedness for dispatch per policy.
• Lead a crew of 20+ on projects.
• Develop ROMs and project schedules with the Project Director.
• Maintain daily field reports, logs, and photos.
• Ensure safety meetings and PPE usage.
• Communicate progress with owner and management.
