Tetra Tech is seeking an experienced Cost Estimator to support Disaster Recovery cadences for FEMA Public Assistance and related programs. You will develop accurate cost estimates for infrastructure restoration, emergency work, and permanent work projects across disaster-impacted sites.

The role is on-call with remote, field-based, or hybrid assignments as needed. Travel and collaboration with multidiscipline teams are expected to ensure defensible estimates and regulatory compliance.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in construction estimating or related field.
• Experience developing cost estimates for infrastructure or facility projects.
• Experience estimating labor, equipment, materials, and costs.
• Familiarity with modern construction practices and project scope development.

Aufgaben

• Support FEMA Public Assistance and other disaster recovery programs through scoping and estimating.
• Prepare conceptual, parametric, and bottom-up cost estimates.
• Develop labor, equipment, materials, and subcontractor cost estimates.
• Prepare cost analyses for roads, bridges, utilities, and buildings.
• Ensure estimates are clear, defensible, and audit-ready.
