Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in behavioral sciences, human services, or social services preferred
• In lieu of degree, High School diploma with 3 years of relevant experience accepted
• Bilingual communication skills (English/Spanish) preferred

Responsibilities

• Conduct outreach to disaster-affected clients and complete eligibility assessments
• Conduct home and community visits to provide ongoing support
• Collaborate with clients to develop comprehensive recovery plans
• Monitor progress and assess the effectiveness of services through follow-up visits
• Assist clients in identifying and securing available benefits and resources
• Maintain accurate case records and documentation per program requirements
• Utilize online software to document and track case information
• Provide status updates to supervisors and participate in program evaluations
