Job summary

Endeavors in Florida is seeking a Disaster Case Manager to support individuals and families in their recovery journey. You will conduct outreach, assess needs, and connect clients with resources while documenting progress and meeting program requirements.

The role requires a driver’s license, willingness to travel, and the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed. Bilingual English/Spanish skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or HS with 3 years relevant experience.
• Experience in child welfare, emergency disaster response, and/or recovery environments.
• Bilingual communication skills (English/Spanish) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outreach to disaster-affected clients.
• Complete eligibility assessments and intake.
• Visit homes and communities for ongoing support.
• Collaborate to develop comprehensive recovery plans.
• Monitor progress and follow up on services.
