Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in social services or related field preferred.
• HS diploma or GED with 3+ years of relevant experience required or preferred.
• Experience in disaster response or child welfare is a plus.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outreach to disaster-affected clients.
• Complete intake and eligibility assessments.
• Develop recovery plans with clients.
• Connect clients to benefits and community resources.
• Document case progress and prepare reports.
• Collaborate with health professionals and other stakeholders.
• Travel to client locations as needed.
