Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in behavioral sciences, human services, or social services.
• HS diploma or GED with 3 years of relevant experience acceptable in lieu of degree.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred to support diverse clients.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outreach to disaster-affected clients.
• Complete eligibility assessments and intake process.
• Visit homes and communities to provide ongoing support.
• Develop comprehensive recovery plans with clients.
• Identify and secure benefits, resources, and services.
• Maintain accurate case records and documentation.
