Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in behavioral sciences, human services, or social services or related field is preferred
• High School diploma or GED with three years of relevant experience required or highly preferred
• Bilingual English/Spanish skills are preferred

Responsibilities

• Conduct outreach to disaster-affected clients and complete eligibility assessments and intake
• Visit homes and communities to provide ongoing support and develop recovery plans
• Help clients identify and secure benefits, resources, and social services
• Collaborate with family services, health professionals, and other stakeholders
• Maintain accurate case records and document progress using online software
• Provide regular reports to supervisors and participate in program evaluations
