Job summary

Qualifications

Associate's degree or equivalent in relevant field.
Minimum 1 year of publicly facing case management experience.
Experience in data gathering and entry preferred.
Event planning/public speaking is a plus.

Responsibilities

Coordinate required services to address unmet needs and assess when to close or reopen a case.
Build and maintain strong relationships with community members and stakeholders.
Represent the organization at events, meetings, and forums.
Develop and implement outreach strategies to promote initiatives.
Prepare reports on community engagement efforts and outcomes.
Ensure health and safety guidelines are followed.
Complete required training including safety training.
Serve as a point of contact for inquiries, concerns, and suggestions.
