Job summary

Tidal Basin Holdco, LLC is seeking a Case Manager to support disaster-impacted clients and applicants. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact, assess unmet needs, and help develop Recovery Plans.

Local candidates only. Responsibilities include coordinating services, building relationships, conducting outreach, documenting outcomes, and ensuring safety training across teams.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in social work, public administration, communications, or related field.
• Minimum of one year of publicly facing case management experience.
• Experience compiling and entering data is preferred.
• Experience in event planning and public speaking is a plus.
• Must be able to clear a criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate required services to address unmet needs and assess when to close or reopen a case.
• Build and maintain relationships with community members, organizations, and stakeholders.
• Represent the organization at community events, meetings, and forums.
• Develop and implement outreach strategies to promote initiatives.
• Prepare reports on community engagement efforts and outcomes.
• Serve as a point of contact for inquiries, concerns, and suggestions.
