Job summary

Tidal Basin is seeking a qualified Case Manager to serve disaster survivors, acting as the primary point of contact to assess unmet needs and help develop Recovery Plans. Local candidates only.

You will coordinate services, build relationships with community partners, and represent the organization at events while ensuring health and safety guidelines. Strong communication, empathy, and the ability to manage multiple projects are essential.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in a related field.
• Minimum of one year of publicly facing case management experience.
• Experience compiling and entering data is preferred.
• Experience in event planning and public speaking is a plus.
• Must be able to clear a criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating required services to address unmet needs and assessing when a case should be recommended for closure or reopening.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with community members, organizations, and stakeholders.
• Represent the organization at community events, meetings, and forums.
• Develop and implement outreach strategies to promote organizational initiatives.
• Prepare reports on community engagement efforts and outcomes.
