Tidal Basin is offering a temporary employment opportunity for a Case Manager Supervisor in Charleston, West Virginia. The role oversees a team of Case Managers within the FEMA DCMP, conducting intake, developing recovery plans, and coordinating with federal, state, local, and community resources.

Ideal candidates will have a bachelor’s degree in a related field, at least three years in recovery operations, and one year of supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred.
• Three years’ experience in state or federal recovery operations or equivalent.
• One year of supervisory experience required.
• Equivalent combinations of education and experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Case Managers, track performance and report team activities.
• Conduct intake interviews and assessments to identify unmet needs and barriers to recovery.
• Develop individualized recovery plans and monitor progress.
• Facilitate access to federal, state, local, nonprofit, and community resources.
• Advocate for clients to remove recovery barriers and enable access to services.
• Coordinate with agencies, housing providers, and social services partners.
• Maintain accurate, confidential case files and documentation.
