Tidal Basin HoldCo, LLC is seeking a Constituent Services Manager, Disaster Case Management to lead client-centered recovery services for disaster-affected individuals and families. • Proven ability to advocate for constituents and coordinate service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead program operations and community outreach for survivor recovery efforts.
• Coordinate resources among agencies to streamline access to services.
• Oversee intake, assessment, planning, referrals, and follow-up for survivors.
• Maintain compliant data reporting and quality assurance across the program.
• Represent the program in interagency meetings and stakeholder briefings.
