Job summary

Endeavors is seeking a DCM Case Management Supervisor in Texas to lead a team of case managers delivering disaster case management to individuals and families. You will ensure needs assessments, service plans, and community referrals are completed with high quality and timeliness.

The role requires a Bachelor's in behavioral sciences or related field and 2+ years of supervisory experience; bilingual English/Spanish is preferred. Some travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in behavioral sciences, human services, or social services fields or equivalent.
• High School diploma or GED with 4 years' experience in lieu of a Bachelor's degree.
• 2+ years supervisory experience; bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and staff caseloads, resolve challenges, and address survivors’ needs.
• Provide weekly staff meetings and performance evaluations.
• Ensure quality, timely updates of IRPs and Service Plans.
• Generate reports and drive program improvements.
