Life Without Barriers in Collie is seeking a casual support worker to assist people with disability in home and community settings. You will build positive relationships, engage in activities from gaming to swimming, and support personal care when needed.
You must be able to work across shifts (3–4 hours) and follow person-centred plans, with strong communication and computer skills. A current Australian driver’s licence and First Aid/CPR are required, and probity checks apply.

Joining our team in Collie on a casual basis, you will support people with disability who access our in home and community access services. We are looking for candidates who are able to quickly build positive relationships and are enthusiastic about providing active support and getting involved in the varying interests of the people we are supporting. This may range from getting involved in gaming to swimming.
The successful candidate will have a passion for working with people with disability and confidence in working with behaviours of concern and providing personal care if required. You must be able to commit to a variety of shifts including short 3-4 hours shifts.
Successful candidates will be required to clear probity checks including a National Criminal History Record Check and obtain an NDIS Clearance.
