Lutheran Services is seeking a Creative Lifestyle Facilitator for the Trinder Park Aged Care team in Woodridge. This casual role focuses on designing engaging activities that promote wellbeing, connection, and happiness for residents.

You will lead music, movement, arts, storytelling, or interactive games, working with residents, families, and staff to tailor experiences. A warm, client-focused attitude is essential.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• Planning and facilitating individual and group creative lifestyle activities tailored to residents' interests and abilities.
• Collaborating with residents, families, and care staff to assess and meet social, cultural, and spiritual needs.
• Ensuring that all residents, including those unable to participate in group activities, feel supported and engaged.
• Providing technical assistance, such as setting up virtual meetings or digital engagement tools.
• Building strong relationships and fostering a welcoming and inclusive community for all residents.
