Qualifications

• Education: A Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• Experience: At least Four years in rental and assisted housing or development with a track record of analyzing risks and negotiating real estate transactions; 2 years of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead specialized rental assistance programs (Section 811 PRA, MFP Bridge Subsidy, Statewide Voucher, Weinberg Deeply Affordable Initiative, New Futures Bridge).
• Manage program utilization, oversight, research, reporting, and briefings.
• Collaborate with state/local/federal officials, owners, developers, and advocacy groups.
