Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• At least 4 years of professional experience in rental and assisted housing or development with demonstrated record of analyzing risks and negotiating complex real estate transactions.
• 2 years of general supervisory experience.
• Experience administering Federal Low-Income Housing Tax Credit program or similar affordable housing development programs.
• Experience managing, evaluating, or auditing rental assistance programs such as Section 811 or other disability/supportive housing rental subsidy programs.
• Experience with local, state, and federal policies affecting affordable rental housing.

Responsibilities

• Lead disability housing programs within the Multifamily Housing Unit and oversee program utilization.
