ServiceSource Inc. seeks a dedicated professional to provide job coaching and intensive training for AbilityOne participants, focusing on food service operations and grounds maintenance in North Carolina.

The role aims to maximize disability employment, improve retention, and expand successful outcomes for program participants across AbilityOne contracts. You will work with rehabilitation teams, coordinate accommodations, and support participants through documentation and community outreach.

Qualifications

• Qualified Professional within the Mental Health/Developmental Disabilities/Substance Use field with BA/BS Degree in Human Services field required.
• 3-5 years’ experience working with individuals with disabilities preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and/or access to reliable transportation to perform work-related travel required.
• Eligible drivers must have a good motor vehicle record (MVR).

Responsibilities

• Provide customized job coaching and intensive training to participants to ensure successful employment and skill development in food service operations and related areas.
• Maintain ongoing support with staff to ensure successful placements and accommodations as needed.
• Engage with operations staff weekly to discuss progress and adjust placements for optimal outcomes.
• Coordinate with Rehabilitation services and community providers for outreach and recruitment of AbilityOne employees.
• Support documentation, auditing, and compliance activities related to participant files and processes.
