Job summary

ServiceSource in the North Salt Lake / Bountiful area is seeking a Program Assistant - Job Coach to support participants with disabilities, helping them succeed in their employment settings.

Under the supervision of the Director of Rehab, you will guide training, monitor progress, coordinate transportation, and prepare monthly reports while building strong relationships with employers and community partners.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license and/or reliable transportation for travel.
• Previous experience supporting adults with disabilities preferred.
• Flexibility to work outside normal hours, including evenings/weekends is highly preferred.
• Pass and maintain DHS background clearance is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee participants’ work efficiency and quality control; modify activities as needed.
• Assist participants in acquiring skills to perform tasks independently, including behavioral supports.
• Assist with transportation and social/functional skills development.
• Prepare detailed monthly billing reports, participant reports, and case notes.
• Develop positive relationships with employers, community agencies, and vendors.
