ServiceSource is seeking an experienced professional to advance disability employment through direct job coaching, training in food service operations, and ongoing rehabilitation support for program participants under AbilityOne in North Carolina.

You will collaborate with operations staff to place employees in suitable roles, assist with documentation and accommodations, and engage with local VR and community partners to recruit and support participants throughout the process.

Qualifications

• Qualified professional in Mental Health/Developmental Disabilities/Substance Use with BA/BS in Human Services.
