Job summary

ServiceSource Inc. is seeking an Employment Development Specialist to support individuals with disabilities through Supported Employment, Work Adjustment Job Coaching, and community-based assessments.

You will collaborate with Vocational Rehabilitation counselors to secure integrated job placements and mentor other Employment Specialists as a primary VR contact. The role requires managing a caseload, ensuring compliance with HIPAA and Medicaid, and participating in trainings to stay current with

Qualifications

Two years of experience and/or training working with individuals with disabilities.
Bachelor’s degree in the Human Services field preferred.
ASL or Sign Language Interpretation degree/certification preferred.
CESP or CIPS credential preferred.

Responsibilities

Manage an active caseload of 20-25 individuals through intake, placement, training goals, stabilization, and closure.
Access LT Vocational Support funding for individuals post-VR closure.
Maintain familiarity with Medicaid, CARF, HIPAA, VR audits, and AbilityOne requirements.
Perform supervisory actions in VR BEAM billing system by tracking referrals and milestones.
Meet weekly with Employment Specialists to coordinate weekly job coaching activities.
