Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required. College preferred.
• Two (2) years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience; one (1) year in general office or customer service; one (1) year benefits or claims management preferred.

Responsabilités

• Make claim determinations to approve non-complex disability claims or recommend denial.
• Determine benefits due; make timely claims payments and adjustments for workers' compensation, SSDI, and offsets.
• Inform claimants of required documentation, time frames, and status via phone/written/claims system.
• Refer cases to team lead and maintain professional client relationships.
