Job summary

Sun Life U.S. is seeking a Group Benefits Claims Shared Services member to focus on short term disability claims and claim setup. This production role manages a high volume of tasks, adjusts priorities as needed, and aims to deliver accurate and timely service to clients.

Responsibilities include reviewing new and existing STD documents, creating claim files, following up for missing information, and supporting Case Managers with adjudication-related administrative tasks.
