Job summary

DSI in Kennesaw, GA is hiring a DIRECTV Sales Representative to grow residential and business accounts. The role combines inbound leads, outbound prospecting, and community events to drive new sales while delivering outstanding customer experiences.

You will manage the sales pipeline, nurture relationships, and collaborate with a team to hit and exceed targets. In-office with potential remote considerations for qualified candidates in the Atlanta area.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience or customer service experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Comfortable making outbound calls and working with sales goals.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Ability to work full-time from the Kennesaw, GA office.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to inbound sales leads via phone, email, and other channels.
• Generate new business through outbound calling, prospecting, referrals, and follow-up activities.
• Sell DIRECTV products and services to residential and commercial customers.
• Maintain a consultative sales approach focused on customer needs and solutions.
• Participate in trade shows, community events, partner events, and other opportunities.
• Track and manage sales opportunities through the pipeline from first contact to sale.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in company systems.
• Provide timely follow-up on all inquiries and opportunities.
• Review weekly and monthly pipeline activity with leadership and peers.
• Collaborate with teammates to share best practices and support team goals.
• Represent DSI and DIRECTV with professionalism and enthusiasm.
