Job summary

DSI seeks a motivated DIRECTV Sales Representative to join our team in Kennesaw, GA. This in-office role may consider remote options for candidates in the greater Atlanta area.

You will manage inbound leads, prospect for new business, and sell DIRECTV to both residential and commercial customers. The ideal candidate thrives in a team environment, builds relationships quickly, and delivers outstanding customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience or customer service experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Comfortable making outbound calls and working with sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Manage and respond promptly to inbound sales leads via phone, email, and other channels.
• Generate new business through outbound calling, prospecting, referrals, and follow-up activities.
• Sell DIRECTV products and services to residential and commercial customers.
• Maintain a consultative sales approach focused on customer needs and delivering the right solution.
• Participate in trade shows, community events, partner events, and other sales opportunities.
