DSI in Kennesaw, GA is seeking a motivated DIRECTV Sales Representative to join our growing team. The role focuses on selling DIRECTV services to residential and business customers through inbound leads, outbound prospecting, and participation in events.

Ideal candidates are team-oriented, customer-focused, with strong communication, follow-up, and organizational skills. You will maintain CRM records, hit sales goals, and represent DSI with integrity and enthusiasm.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of sales experience.
• 5+ years of management experience.
• Experience selling into the MDU space is required.
• Knowledge of telecoms/entertainment industry preferred.
• Full-time in-office role in Kennesaw, GA.

Responsibilities

• Manage and respond promptly to inbound sales leads via phone, email, and other channels.
• Generate new business through outbound calling, prospecting, referrals, and follow-up activities.
• Sell DIRECTV products and services to residential and commercial customers.
• Maintain a consultative sales approach focused on customer needs and solutions.
• Participate in trade shows and community events throughout the year.
• Track and manage opportunities through the sales pipeline from contact to sale.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and opportunities in CRM.
• Provide timely follow-up on customer inquiries and opportunities.
• Review pipeline activity with leadership and peers.
• Collaborate with teammates to share best practices and achieve team goals.
