Job summary

Community Care seeks a Director of Youth Homeless Services to provide strategic, administrative, and operational leadership for our Youth Homeless Services programs. You will supervise the Assistant Director of Emergency Services and the Program Manager of Community-Based Services, guiding service delivery and staffing.

Working with the Executive Director and Management Team, you will establish program priorities, drive continuous improvement, ensure regulatory compliance, and maintain

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Social Work or related field.
• At least five years of relevant experience.
• At least two years of supervisory experience.
• Reliable transportation, valid State of Maine driver's license, and vehicle insurance meeting state requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic, administrative, and operational leadership for Youth Homeless Services programs.
• Supervise and lead the Assistant Director of Emergency Services and the Program Manager of Community-Based Services.
