Job summary

The Youth Services Director is a key member of The client’s leadership team and serves as a strategic partner to the Executive Director in advancing the organization’s mission of preparing children and youth for their best futures.

This role provides leadership for the Transitional Living Campus and community-based youth services, overseeing residential programs, case management, regulatory compliance, and program operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for youth services to ensure alignment with the mission, regulatory requirements, and independence-focused outcomes.
• Partner with the Executive Director to evaluate organizational needs and refine program structure.
• Lead continuous quality improvement and staff development for direct reports.
• Oversee residential programs, case management, regulatory compliance, and program operations.
• Engage with community stakeholders to coordinate support and facilitate successful transitions.
• Participate in an on-call weekend rotation.
