Catholic Charities Serving Central Washington seeks a Director of Youth and Housing Supportive Services to lead Youth and Young Adult Services, Housing Supportive Services, and Kinship programs across Eastern Washington. The role drives growth, quality, and outcomes with partners, funders, and staff.

Responsibilities include strategic leadership, budgeting, data reporting, and cross-team coordination to advance service delivery for at-risk populations and homelessness initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or related field.
• Strong leadership and management experience in social services.
• Excellent written and oral communications skills.
• Ability to build strong partnerships with community stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Provide strategic and operational oversight for Youth & Housing programs.
• Oversee program budgets and funder reporting to ensure compliance.
• Lead staff recruitment, supervision and professional development.
• Represent Catholic Charities with partners and funders to expand services.
