Job summary

PatientPoint® is seeking a Director of Yield Management in New York City (Hybrid) or Remote to own portfolio-level yield strategy across Direct and Programmatic channels for DOOH and mobile apps. You will design floor policies, pricing, and packaging, and lead pricing experiments to maximize monetization while protecting client performance.

You will manage a direct report and partner with Ad Ops, Sales, Data, and Executive teams to align yield health, build dashboards, and drive data-driven

Qualifications

• 7+ years in yield management or programmatic monetization with ownership.
• Hands-on Direct deal and SSP setup experience with RTB/PMP and publisher ad tech.
• 3+ years managing an analyst or small team; strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own portfolio-level yield strategy across Direct and Programmatic channels, including floor policies and rate card guidance.
• Design inventory and PMP packaging frameworks and end-to-end programmatic deal operations.
• Run A/B and multivariate experiments on pricing and floors; build forecasting models of revenue and margin.
• Partner with Data to build dashboards and maintain campaign health standards; escalate systemic issues.
• Lead SSP partner management and collaborate with Ad Tech on configurations; mentor a direct report.
