Job summary

PatientPoint in New York City (Hybrid) or Remote seeks a Director of Yield Management. You will own portfolio-level yield strategy across Direct and Programmatic channels for DOOH and the Precision mobile app, designing floor policies, packaging, and deal operations, and building forecasting models to maximize revenue.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in yield management, publisher ad ops, or programmatic monetization with direct revenue ownership.
• Hands-on Direct deal and SSP setup experience with RTB, PMP, deal IDs knowledge.
• Proven portfolio-level yield experience—floors, rate cards, packaging, prioritization.
• Strong analytical skills; Excel/Sheets and BI tools; SQL; executive communication and presentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Own portfolio-level yield strategy across Direct and Programmatic channels for both DOOH and mobile app.
• Design inventory packaging frameworks and end-to-end programmatic deal operations.
• Run experiments and build forecasting models to quantify revenue and margin impact.
• Partner with Data to build dashboards; improve campaign health and escalate systemic issues.
• Lead SSP partner management; coordinate with Ad Tech on server and OMS configurations.
• Manage and develop a direct report; align priorities for executive review.
• Collaborate with Ad Operations, Sales, Pricing, Engineering, Product and Data teams.
