Qualifications

Master’s degree in business administration, higher education administration, or related field.
Five (5) years of full-time experience building partnerships with industry and developing market-responsive educational programs.
Experience with revenue-generating educational initiatives or business development.
Strong strategic planning, organizational leadership, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

Lead as the university’s lead business development officer for employer-sponsored education and workforce development programs.
Develop policies and frameworks to support partnerships and educational programs; work with academic units to expand impact and revenue.
Architect programmatic solutions addressing partner opportunities and foster relationships with employers, professional organizations, and public-sector partners.
Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and evaluation of workforce and academic partnership programs; ensure learning outcomes and flexible delivery formats.
