Job summary

Northbridge University is seeking a Workforce Partnership Director to lead strategic partnerships with local and regional employers, associations, and organizations, driving student growth and brand awareness in the assigned region. This role reports to the VP of Strategic Business Development and Career Services.

You will identify growth opportunities, manage CRM records, and represent NU at events, steering B2B and B2B2C engagement and sponsorships aligned with institutional goals.

Qualifications

• Develops and maintains strategic partnerships with employers, associations and organizations in the region.
• Builds relationships with executive decision-makers to align workforce solutions with needs.
• Manages CRM records including contacts, opportunities and activities.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop and manage strategic relationships with local, regional and national employers and organizations within the assigned territory.
• Develops and executes account strategies, goals, timelines and growth opportunities.
• Represents Northbridge University at employer and community events, conferences and webinars to build brand awareness.
• Maintains knowledge of NU programs and policies to communicate solutions to partners and prospective students.
