Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration, or related field.
• Five years of full-time talent acquisition experience.
• At least two years supervising recruitment staff or leading projects.
• Proficiency with ATS, recruitment software, and HR analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day full-cycle recruitment operations.
• Supervise recruiters, TA partners, and sourcers; mentor staff.
• Collaborate with HR partners and hiring managers on staffing needs.
• Develop and optimize the Talent Acquisition model campus-wide.
• Ensure a high-quality candidate and hiring manager experience.
• Monitor metrics and provide data-driven improvements.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and policies.
• Manage vendor relationships and ATS performance.
• Handle other duties as assigned.
