Job summary

Northbridge University seeks a Workforce Partnership Director to develop strategic partnerships with local and regional employers, associations, and organizations. The role will drive student growth and brand awareness within the assigned territory and manage opportunities through a dedicated CRM.

The position reports to the VP of Strategic Business Development and Career Services and requires representing NU at in-person and virtual events to advance workforce development goals.

Qualifications

• Identifying and developing strategic relationships with local, regional, and national employers and organizations.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and manage strategic relationships with employers and organizations within the assigned territory.
• Develops and executes account strategies, including goals, timelines, growth opportunities, and follow-up activities.
• Builds relationships with executive-level decision-makers to identify workforce needs and develop customized education, training, and partnership solutions.
• Maintains CRM records for contacts, opportunities, activities, timelines, and follow-up.
• Develops and executes B2B and B2B2C communications and engagement strategies.
• Increase visibility, brand awareness, and student lead generation within the market.
• Represent the university at employer and community events, conferences, education fairs, webinars, and other opportunities.
• Build relationships with community and workforce organizations to position the university as a strategic solution provider for workforce development needs.
• Identify and recommend sponsorships and partnerships aligned with institutional objectives.
• Maintain current knowledge of programs, policies, and procedures to convey solutions to partners and prospective students.
