Job summary

Pearce Services seeks a Director, Wind MCE to lead strategy, P&L, and execution for renewable energy infrastructure projects across North America. You will partner with senior leaders to advance wind energy initiatives and ensure operational excellence with safety and quality at the forefront.

The role requires 10+ years in renewables, including 5+ years in leadership, deep wind turbine knowledge, and strong budgeting and stakeholder skills.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in renewable energy with 5+ years in leadership.
• Strong understanding of wind turbine technology, ops, and maintenance.
• Proven ability to build cross-functional relationships and influence decisions.
• Excellent budgeting and P&L management skills.

Responsibilities

• Champion safety and quality across all MCE projects.
• Own the P&L for the MCE division, ensuring profitability and growth.
• Develop and execute annual business plans, forecasts, and budgets.
• Identify new markets, services, and strategic partnerships.
• Monitor financials, job costing, and key performance metrics.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
• Drive risk mitigation and zero recordables initiatives.
• Implement standardized reporting, KPIs, and performance reviews.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers, OEMs, and partners.
