Job summary

Pearce is seeking a Director of Wind MCE to lead strategic planning, team leadership, and performance across the U.S. wind energy service portfolio.

You will own the P&L for the MCE division, develop annual plans, forecast budgets, and drive profitability while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance. You will collaborate with the VP of Wind and senior leaders to advance wind energy initiatives, build key customer relationships, and expand service offerings across North America.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in renewable energy with leadership experience
• Proven experience managing wind energy projects
• Strong understanding of wind turbine technology, operations, and maintenance

Responsibilities

• Champion safety and quality across all MCE projects and teams.
• Own the P&L for the MCE division, ensuring profitability and growth.
• Develop and execute annual business plans, forecasts, and budgets aligning with Wind Services strategy.
• Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities, partnerships, and service offerings.
• Monitor financial performance, job costing, and key metrics to meet targets.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
• Assess risk and implement mitigation to push for zero recordables.
• Drive reporting rigor through KPIs and performance reviews.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, OEMs, and partners for repeat business.
