Job summary

Pearce Services is seeking a Director, Wind MCE to lead the Major Component Exchange business for wind energy projects. You will drive strategic planning, profitability, and operational excellence across projects, ensuring safety and regulatory compliance while expanding market opportunities.

You will mentor teams, manage budgets, and partner with senior leadership to advance Pearce’s wind energy initiatives and client relationships across North America.

Qualifications

• 10+ years experience in renewable energy
• 5+ years in a leadership role
• Bachelor’s degree in Renewable Energy, Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field preferred

Responsibilities

• Champion safety and quality across all MCE projects and teams.
• Own the P&L for the MCE division, ensuring profitability and growth.
• Develop and execute annual business plans, forecasts, and budgets for Wind Services.
• Identify new market opportunities and strategic partnerships.
• Monitor financial performance, job costing, and key metrics.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
• Drive reporting and KPIs to improve operational performance.
• Build strong relationships with customers, OEMs, and partners to ensure repeat business.
