Job summary

Turn/River Capital is seeking a Director of Digital Performance Marketing to own SEO, SEM, CRO, and AI search across AI Overviews and other discovery surfaces. You will lead strategy, execution, and optimization, combining hands-on leadership with data-driven decision making to drive pipeline and revenue.

The role emphasizes zero-click AI discovery, conversion optimization, and cross-functional collaboration with content, web, analytics, and product teams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive experience in digital or performance marketing, with depth in SEO and SEM.
• Proven success leading search-driven growth programs in a B2B SaaS or technology environment.
• Deep expertise in SEO strategy, technical SEO, content SEO, keyword research, SERP analysis, and search performance measurement.
• Deep expertise in paid search strategy, campaign structure, bidding, audience targeting, ad testing, and budget optimization.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the digital acquisition strategy across Paid Search, Organic Search, AI Search/AEO, and Conversion Optimization.
• Build a modern, full-funnel performance engine across AI-driven and traditional channels to drive traffic and revenue.
• Lead cross-functional execution with content, web, analytics, creative, and campaign teams.
• Track KPIs and build forecasts to guide budgets and growth planning.
