Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• FINRA Series 7 and Series 66 licenses required.
• 10+ years of experience in the financial services industry.
• 7+ years of sales leadership, coaching, consulting, or advisor development experience.
• Knowledge of wealth management, financial planning, and client engagement strategies.
• Ability to coach professionals using structured approaches.
• Understanding of brokerage, advisory, and banking products.
• Ability to use data to drive action plans and results.
• Strong business judgment and risk management skills.
• Ability to travel ~50% and reside within Heartland Region.
